Great riff on the White Lady that James Connolly at Defectors introduced us to last night. Tart, refreshing and a smack of grapefruit flavour, sans any distinctly grapefruit ingredients. Along with fizzes and an early afternoon Tom Collins, this seems like an apt way to make use of surplus lemons.

45ml Gin (in a perfect world, something floral)
30ml Cointreau
15ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice
10ml Campari

Combine and shake with ice and double-strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
